COMPANY
Who we Are
We Make It Happen
In over 40 years of history, GVS has evolved from a supplier of
components for the healthcare sector to a global Group that
produces highly technological diversified filtration solutions.
The Group has always paid great attention to research, development and innovation of its products and processes and has shown a strong trend towards development in global markets since its foundation.
In addition to the Corporate headquarters in Bologna, GVS currently has 14 plants in Italy, United Kingdom, Brazil,
United States, China, Malesia, Mexico, Romania e Puerto Rico, and 18 commercial offices located all over the world.
GVS has always adopted a “glocal” approach: it operates locally in contact with its customers, but relies on the
strength of a global network.
Since the beginning of the CoVid-19 emergency, GVS has been playing a crucial role in the battle against the “invisible enemy”. The Group has been constantly working to increase the production of FFP3/N99 and Biohazard masks.
The production of protective face masks has been entirely dedicated to Medical staff and first responders and to a series of donations to the local community.
In addition to this digital education project, GVS is engaging in a variety of initiatives, such as the collaboration with the University of Bologna (Italy), which aims to test face masks for medical staff, in addition to researching the right cleaning process for protective face masks.
GVS obtained its first certifications in 1995 and today the Group and
its plants hold numerous certifications at a global level. The Group
has an environmental policy with annual objectives and is
committed to a "local for local" production strategy and to reducing
the use of polluting materials.
Health & Safety
9 GVS plants have all the necessary production
certifications for the Health & Safety division, whose products are certified for worldwide distribution. The main certifications in this area are EN and NIOSH, respectively used in Europe and the United States.
Healthcare &

with FDA in the United States or have registrations for the specific countries where the Group operates.

production facilities have the ISO-TS 16949 certifications
